In 1954, Ella Hofmann and her husband Anton (of Anthony’s Bar) took over the hotel and its restaurant. Ella was the driving force behind the development of the establishment and became the face and heart of its hospitality. It is only fitting, then, that we name our restaurant after the woman who so deeply shaped both our family and our family-run business.
